Seltzr Guy Six-Pack: Week 6
I definitely bet on too many rookies last week. Nonetheless, I ended up going 50% on the Seltzr Guy Six-Pack! The Giants had potential, but collapsed in the second half. It’s nice to have only a few teams on bye in Week 6.
Let me know if you think I should look into a new category to add to this Six Pack lineup or if you think I should replace one of these categories! We are officially one-third of the way through the 2025 NFL Season! I never got around to making a data based article on my tracked bets this year, but I will get around to it eventually. Perhaps it could be some offseason content.

1) ML - Money line
Coming off of a very exciting MNF win against the Kansas City Chiefs, I think the Jaguars are a good let down spot. The Seahawks are unexplainably very good on the road and have the best record in such games over the last two seasons. I think they put up a lot of points on this Jags defense and force a few turnovers on defense. I’m going to take the Moneyline on the Seahawks at -103 odds. JSN has been on another level lately and I project him to overtake the top spot for season total receiving yardage this week.
2) O/U - Over / Under
I’m betting on the best offense and worst defense in this game. The Cowboys cannot stop anyone, including myself, from putting up yards. The Panthers play better after they are down two scores, so this feels like a great recipe to hit. Dak Prescott might even have Ceedee Lamb coming back on Sunday to add to their high scoring offense. I like the Cowboys to win and for this game to easily hit the Over on 49.5 points at -118 odds.
3) Point Spread
I’m breaking my own rules, but I feel like the Falcons defense can keep the game close on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills. The spread is Falcons +5.5 points. The Bills looked pretty sloppy in thier loss to the Patriots on Sunday, and their defense hasn’t done much in way of stopping offenses from going down the field. Bijan could have himself another huge day which would not surprise me at all. If the Falcons can have their way in the rushing department, i really like their potential to cover the spread as an underdog. I’m taking the Falcons +5.5 at -109 odds for this category.
4) Receptions
I think that the Giants defense doesn’t handle slot wide receivers well, so I think that Devonta Smith will get 7-10 targets tonight. This is slightly risky if the Eagles get out ahead and start to run the clock out. However, I think that divisional games always are unpredictable. I expect the Eagles to win, but this game could easily become a rock fight and thus both offenses will need to pass the ball until the end of the game. Smith is an exciting bet. I’ll be betting Smith to get 5+ catches at -133 odds for this week’s Six-Pack receptions category.
5) Anytime Touchdown Bet
I went with CMC last Thursday which was a big success as it cashed on the first drive for the 49ers. It is very tempting to want to go back to that well, but I don’t like the value for the players I expect to get into the end zone. I just missed out on his reception bet a few weeks ago, but the man has not scored a TD yet and he’s been targeted on average nine times a game so far this season. The Cowboys game will probably hit the over as I stated above. I think the rook gets his first career TD in Week 6. Bet Tet McMillan anytime TD on at +120 odds and enjoy the cash!
6) Passing TDs
You could say I am not a fan of Caleb Williams, but that won’t stop me from betting him Over 1.5 TDs at +100 odds for his matchup next Monday night against the Washington Commanders. The Bears have had their ups and downs so far this season, but we have seen the Commanders defense give up some big plays. Williams connection with Rome Odunze has been super strong this season leading to five touchdowns between them this year. The over / under is 50 points, so I think for the Bears to play, they will have to throw a lot. Shoutout to my guy, Luther Burden III as well. I think he has one of the multiple TD passes from Williams this week.
